GPPS GON525 is a transparent general-purpose polystyrene resin supplied in pellet form for injection molding. This grade is reported to offer easy processing, good clarity and stable mechanical performance for molded consumer, stationery and packaging-related components.
With a reported MVR of 6–10 cm³/10 min, transmittance of 89.7% and heat deflection temperature of 83.3°C, GPPS GON525 can be evaluated for applications where transparent appearance and injection-molding processability are important.

GPPS Resin for Injection Molding
GPPS GON525 is reported for injection molding. Suggested reference conditions are an injection temperature of 180–240°C and mold temperature of 40–70°C. Actual processing settings must be optimized according to equipment, mold design, part geometry and required appearance.
