PC/ABS Resin
Overview
PC/ABS is a thermoplastic alloy combining the advantages of polycarbonate (PC) and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS). It offers a balanced combination of impact resistance, heat performance, dimensional stability, surface appearance and injection-molding processability.
PC/ABS is widely used for durable molded housings and visible components where standard ABS may not provide sufficient heat resistance or toughness. Grade selection can be tailored to the required impact strength, heat resistance, flame-retardant performance, surface finish and processing conditions.
