WY-111BR is a medium-viscosity polycarbonate (PC) resin from Lihuayi Weiyuan (Shandong Lihuayi Weiyuan Chemical Co., Ltd.), supplied by Lema Plastic as virgin pellets.
It is an injection-molding grade developed for transparent parts that also require flame retardancy and impact strength, including lighting covers, appliance panels, electrical housings and precision thin-wall components.

Processing Guidelines
Drying
Dry WY-111BR at 120–140°C for 4–6 hours in a dehumidifying dryer.
Moisture should remain at or below 0.02% to help prevent silver streaks, bubbles and reduced mechanical performance.

For thin-wall components, a higher front-barrel temperature may improve flow.
